Bad process, poor follow up. Terrible reply to feedback
Superdrug’s reply to this review further shows how terrible their process is. The reason why I was erroneously choosing non-pharmacy shops was because they were on the list that Super Drug Online Doctor sent me! Oh dear….no customer led process design as Super Drug. Just blame the customer instead. Awful. Don’t try to change prescription pick up location…their process and system can’t cope and you will be frustrated and inconvenienced for days waiting for them to catch up. Their chat enquiry service is also poor with the agents using only template responses and clearly not reading or understanding the question you sent in the first place.
