Felmo charged me €160 twice and is now completely unresponsive On May 30, 2025, Felmo processed a duplicate payment of €160 due to a QR code error. They promised a resolution in 10 days — it’s now been over two weeks and I’ve received no refund and no reply. This failure triggered missed instalments and an account seizure by the German tax office (Finanzamt). Felmo has done nothing to help, and I’ve now involved the Verbraucherzentrale (consumer protection authority). This level of negligence is unacceptable. If a company causes this kind of financial damage and goes silent, they should not be trusted.
