Following my Review of 11th of July. I was eventually replied to and also spoke to Jenny at your call Centre, who advised me that she would initiate the paperwork for a refund and also arrange the dispatch of a free parasol cover, as a goodwill gesture for the poor service. We eventually get notification that we should get the delivery, yesterday the 22nd July by 1645, but it never arrived. Today at 12.28 we get an email from DX Express saying the parcel had been delivered. My wife and I had been in the house all morning and we had not received anything other than normal post, so I checked our Ring camera and as expected there was nothing on there. I looked at the DX email and went into Track Order, to find the following: Your item has been delivered as requested and received OnWednesday 23 Jul 2025 12:24 Tracking Number7056373562 To Postcode CB22 3JG Our postcode is NP26 5SH, some 194 miles away. Another failure to get a delivery right, the list continues to grow. I am 75 years old and been quite unwell for the past week, and have not been happy having to spend my time trying sort out, yours and your couriers mistakes when I should have been resting and getting better. it is now a week since you delivered the parasol, which was a gesture of goodwill for failing to deliver previous orders, to the wrong address. You have not responded to my review and have not bothered to contact me regarding the parasol cover that you delivered to the wrong address. Says everything about your poor service standards
