Very old bus - front shield cracked
The man handing over the bus was very friendly but we had to wait one hour until the bus was ready. On our last day the glass of the front shield broke. We know it's written in the terms that we're reliable but in my opinion it would have been fair if they'd covered the cost as it was a very old bus (before 2000) and it's clear that at some point something like that occurs. We're glad not more happend.
