Moving is never easy but thanks to the good people at Freightera, at least coordinating the logistics was much more simple. I'd especially like to compliment Katarina, who was fantastic in responding promptly to answer my questions while also making herself available to problem solve by offering viable solutions and flexibility. I'd also like to compliment Armound who made an extra trip to make sure my shipment was picked up in time. Freightera and their moving partners went above and beyond to make things happen and assist with bumps in the road. I am very grateful to have found their service and would recommend it to anyone! The excellent customer service they provide combined with their employees' sense of professionalism meant one less thing to worry about during what would otherwise have been a stressful time.
