Great little phone but ☹️
Great little phone but, despite paying for next day delivery, it took 4 days. Yes, I ordered after 4pm but did not know that this would affect the delivery time. Why allow you this facility to be requested after 4pm surely a pop up box to advise you would be a good idea or even a link to the policy. They have my extra £8.99 and I have a new phone…….eventually. I could vent more but what is the point! Edited after response from Mobile Direct. I sent a message on Facebook Messenger and the refund was in my account within minutes. That said I already asked the question a few days ago on Fb Messenger, and was directed to the refund policy on their website. Perhaps Mobile Direct Social Media team might look at their response to my original comment. Credit where credit is due though and I am now happy to give Mobile Direct an updated rating.
