You don’t even deserve one star. I ordered shoes in store and was to have them delivered to my house. The store clerk entered my address in incorrectly so they were sent to the wrong home and returned. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service. I have waited on hold for extended periods of time with no answer. I called after customer service hours and left a voicemail, no return call has been made. I have also sent multiple emails, with again, no response. The only thing I have heard from the company is a generic email asking how I would rate their customer service. It is non existent. So it has been over a week since the shoes were delivered to the wrong house, and I have daily tried reaching out with no response. If I could rate them less than a star I would. Who is holding your company and it’s customer service accountable?
