Repeated Rejection of Genuine Student Reviews
Dear Trustpilot Team, I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the repeated rejection of genuine reviews submitted by our students. This is not the first time we are facing such an issue - it happened earlier with Shefali, and now again with Vikas. Convincing students to write honest and thoughtful reviews is already a challenge. When their genuine efforts are dismissed without any clear justification, it becomes extremely discouraging for both them and us. Repeated rejections of legitimate reviews reflect poorly on the reviewing process and severely impact our ability to build credibility through your platform. In particular, we request you to please publish Vikas's review. He is currently in Canada, and due to the significant time difference from India, it is extremely difficult to coordinate with him for changes. It already took a great deal of effort to get the review updated once - repeating this process is not only impractical but unfair to the reviewer. If such incidents continue, we may be forced to reconsider whether Trustpilot is the right platform for us. Managing reviews through Google may turn out to be a more transparent and manageable alternative. We urgently request clarity on the following: Why the review was rejected this time What specific guidelines were not followed How we can ensure that such issues do not keep recurring This situation is directly affecting our confidence in your platform. We urge you to treat this matter with urgency and provide a clear, actionable resolution. Looking forward to your prompt response.
