In my recent search for a studio flat I visited Victor Michael Estate Agency. I talked to Anna Urbanczyk in Leytonstone Branch and I would highly recommend her to anyone expecting professional and friendly customer service. Anna was very helpful and managed to find an interesting and affordable property. I ended up taking another flat but I find Anna's approach to customers really excellent.
