Over the past year
Over the past year, I feel the company has improved on its student care team communication to students. Myself and my son have received very good support from Fred at Student care. The only reason I marked 4 and not 5 is because I feel there is much more room for a continuity of student care communication and less waiting time, plus less pressure of the student care team to answer everyone. A great course and good booking system for mentors. Many thanks to Fred for fabulous response times and support.
