The Process Was Easy
As I already have my electricity account with Energy Locals, I was glad I could finally transfer my Gas account. The process was certainly easy. However, may I STRONGLY suggest that you make it easier to put in our DOB's? It took me 2 to 3 minutes of constant clicking just to get back to 1958, and then I had to do it all over again, after I added my husband's contact details. Surely there must be an easier way than having to click through every single month of every single year?
