Update network

A week in advance I received about 5 text messages that there will be a network update. I say ok - interested in the customer. Today I received a message that the update has been completed and I have to restart the phone. I can call well, text messages go through, but the internet does not work. Customer service 0, I want to call you back = I don't have the nerve. They don't respond to emails even though it says 24/7. I also wrote to the trustpilot address and nothing. I restart the phone like a madman and I have no service. Really great service.... 🤮 So dear, if I don't work by 29.6. you have lost a customer and I will recommend everyone I know to leave. Because your services are a nightmare. UPDATE: The only one who responded to my complaints was the team at Trustpilot. For which I thank you. They sent me instructions on what to do to set it up. And the internet works. So I'm raising the rating. But it would be good to think about customer service... Update 17/07/2025 After email communication with trustpilot, the internet problem was resolved. Thank you Karthikeyan for your willingness and patience with an angry customer.
