I am furious with this service
I am furious with this service. An hour (53 minutes exactly) after I ordered i had not received a confirmation email that my order had been accepted. I then began a chat with a representative @ 12:07 who told me an eta of 30-45 minutes. After chatting with the person further I found out that my order had not even been placed it because they did not have a driver assigned to the order. I chatted with this person for about 36 minutes in all. The person continue to give me the 30 to 45 minutes ETA avoiding the fact that my order has not even been placed yet and I did not have a driver available. At 12:40 I finally asked to cancel my order because I didn’t have the time to wait. They then let me know a driver had been found and gave me the 30 to 45 minute ETA again. At this point I will have waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to 2.5 hours for my lunch. This is ridiculous and should not be acceptable. This service is to help those who either need the convenience of delivery or are incapacitated (my reason). All I got was an apology. Just awful!
