Mette Bram helped me tremendously

Mette Bram helped me tremendously. She is a knowledgeable, patient, and educated psychologist. As an American, I strongly recommend her services as she helped me develop skills to deal with my issues instead of using medication. I am not accustomed to this as we in America have a pill for everything. What most impressed me with Mette were her empathy and patient empowerment. She made me feel validated and heard, not like the crazy person I thought I was. There were sessions in the beginning when I said listen, Mette, I am mentally ill, chemically imbalanced, and have been all my life. She gave me the tools (breathing exercises and journaling) to peel back the layers of my trauma and be sad and cry about it. This has helped me process my painful feelings, sort of put them away and move on with my life as a healthy, competent individual. My insurance coverage has run out; however, I will be back to Mette Bram to receive therapy sessions (paid by me, of course) if my situation changes.
