Updated. I had been trying to get in Touch with ACIS regarding postponed travel due to COVID. The company had been unresponsive and I fear they may be ignoring anyone who hasn’t traveled yet or requesting their funds back....UPDATE. The company did respond, but had changed their cancellation policy. They do not see COViD cancellations as their cancellation, even if they “postponement” without a date pushes kids beyond graduation. The company is not refunding according to the original agreements. We received only a partial refund based on their “new” covid policies. This was clearly not what was agreed upon at the time we registered for the trip. We had multiple travelers each being shorted several hundred dollars. The company has failed to respond to repeated requests for the originally agreed upon terms.
