I have multiple rental properties
I have multiple rental properties, one of them Condominium in Galveston and managed by Ryson Real Estate Management, They are the worst i ever work with , the most non responsible and careless toward the property, I have contacted them on several occasions regarding the damages on my property , and they refuse to take responsibility for any of them , they charge the their costumers high fe and they don’t do anything to fix any of them “ they do charge the tenant security deposit “ The decide to what ever they like , and not caring or notifying the property owners for any think, and when you call and ask for a explanation they don’t have one , or not even returning you call ! So I urge all you considering working with Ryson Homes , don’t trust this company , you will regret just like some of us . Don’t let them abuse your investments.
