Professional distillery consulting

Worked with Doc Holliday on our startup distillery project. Their guidance on equipment sourcing, regulatory compliance, and market positioning was invaluable. The only downside was some of their vendor recommendations didn't pan out as well as expected. Overall though, we couldn't have launched without their expertise.
