After a very stressful 18 months of not being able to sell me house with estate agents on the high street I finally made a decision to let Express Estate Agents sell my property, I was naturally concerned over selling my my house with an online estate agents, however they marketed it on a Thursday and by Friday morning I had requests for a viewing and within just 1 week I had a great offer on the table which I was delighted to accept. I was allocated the lovely Annie Davies-Grace who made my selling journey one of the best I have ever experienced. The support and reassurance she gave was second to none. She always answered all my questions with confidence and returned all calls and nothing was too much effort for her. She even went the extra mile in looking to get me the best conveyancer for my onward purchase. She always left me with a feeling of confidence and the whole process was effortless and smooth.
