Ordered and paid next day delivery for a box of chocolates for a relative. Only just arrived ( the computer tells me ). As I live approx 300 miles away, this seemed the ideal way to get a gift to him timeously..... Failed to happen - and he is now out - so I cannot verify delivery with him! Good job that you do not deliver funeral flowers.... My contract is with Hotel Chocolat - for YOUR sakes you need to tackle Royal Mail about this - they are impacting your reputation.... Item ordered on 09.05.25 - delivered on 12.05.25.
