Traveling with Audley was like flying first class
Traveling with Audley was like flying first class! Yes, it wasn’t the cheapest option upfront, but it’s like comparing flying first class to economy—you arrive at the same destination, but the experience is entirely different. The journey started with my travel coordinator, Alex Starzynski, who was in touch from start to finish and always available to answer my questions. A few weeks before departure, I received a beautifully crafted, lightweight, and compact binder detailing every aspect of my trip—including arrangements I had made independently before and after the tour. I also had several phone calls with Alex before and after the tour- discussing Visa , itinerary, recommendations for packing , local customs , etiquette , tipping etc. I felt I was very well prepared for this trip. My trip to Vietnam was incredible, starting in Hanoi and continuing south with stops in Hue, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City. The itinerary was masterfully designed to blend traditional highlights with my personal interests, particularly photography. I also had sufficient free time in each destination to explore and capture unique moments. Audley ensured I experienced the extraordinary highlights included visiting the private residence of the Ambassador Lodge as well as fun activities a lantern-making workshop, a local cooking class, and dining at fantastic local restaurants recommended by my guides. These touches brought authenticity and depth to the trip. The hotels selected by Audley were stunning and significantly enhanced the experience, and I even got to enjoy a luxurious cruise! All the guides and drivers were exceptionally professional, dependable, and ensured I felt safe and cared for throughout the journey. An added layer of security was the dedicated contact line in Vietnam, which I could use for assistance with anything from a missed connection to theft. This, combined with my travel insurance, gave me complete peace of mind. Audley’s attention to detail and commitment to personalized, stress-free travel truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable journey!
