Poor experience so far
I wanted to believe all the good reviews.. They were super responsive up until I made all payments. But ever since then, I don't receive any responses to emails/phone calls. I checked into my accommodation yesterday, and it turns out my room was not ready for my arrival (still littered with the remnants of the previous tenant.... dirty bedding, empty vodka bottles, unflushed urine in the toilet etc.). The residence told me it was because GoBritanya failed to send their cleaner over the weekend. Ridiculous. I've temporarily been moved to a lower grade studio while the residence tries to get in touch with GoBritanya to resolve the issue. It's really unfortunate that this has been my experience; I had a very long journey yesterday from the US to London, so to have this inconvenience at the end of it all is frankly frustrating.
