Customer Service declared me DEAD!

While I like the oils, the Phillipines outsourced customer service is a nightmare. Due to language and procedures problems, I received condolences on my own death! Had called to cancel order because I was sending oil but the woman died. Customer service decided I was the one who died. What a mess. Never again, not until customer service is back in the USA.
