Dishonest and difficult

We were lied to about the price and when payments were due. It was even difficult to pay for it over the phone. The pick up and delivery times constantly changed. Most of the people I spoke to on the phone were extremely difficult to understand. Overall it was a bad experience. Only positive interaction was with the delivery and pick up drivers, they were very nice and professional.
