Unprofessional and Clueless
My experience with Cleaver has been extremely unsatisfactory. Calls and emails were routinely ignored, and when I did receive replies, they often failed to address the full content of my enquiries. Complaints were dismissed or not taken seriously and ignored for months, despite the company’s own website claiming a commitment to professional and responsive service. The property manager (Head of Property Management I might add) consistently neglected key issues, and communication was fragmented at best. When I attempted to escalate matters, the director showed little to no interest in resolving them — giving the impression they had little regard for the business or its clients. Due to their ongoing failure to act and uphold even the most basic standards of service, I was left with no choice but to raise a formal complaint with the Property Ombudsman which is ongoing. The board of directors have since appointed a new managing agent and would strongly advise others to avoid Cleaver Property Management if they are seeking reliable, professional support.
