Amazing from start to finish.
From finding the company and first talking to them to today- the service has been impeccable. First class transfers to the hotel, an English speaking carer to help and translate everything, taxis to the office to meet Gwen. Nurses in the hospital are lovely, they really care and show compassion. There was 2 people who really stood out for me- Joanne and Dave. Joanne met me at the hospital when I arrived and didn’t leave my side until I was discharged, she was my rock after surgery and even burped me to get rid of the gas when I was in pain after the surgery. She translated everything for me and made sure we knew what was happening all the way through. She was amazing. Dave- what can I say, since coming home he is ALWAYS at the other end of the phone- encouraging me, sending workouts to help, helping me with food choices, tracking my weight. If I had any questions along the way Dave found out the answers very quickly. It’s scary and sceptical booking surgery abroad but with Pureada I felt secure in my choice- I would highly recommend them to everyone looking to have work done.
