Outstanding customer service & problem solving

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I accidentally gave the wrong street address for the delivery and noticed the mistake way too late. DYI-Reps Emma and Sofie were swift in there responses and very professional. They send me immediately my entire order once more without charging me for extra shipping cost. On top I got a coupon over EUR 5,00 for me next order. I am absolutely thrilled by the treatment I got and the product I received. Thanks so much guys!!!!
