Stress Free
Everything from the initial booking, to the drop off went smoothly. We were coming to NZ for a funeral and I had to change my flight till two days later. The Go Rental staff were amazing and change the primary driver into my partners name so that he could pick up the vehicle once he arrived in Auckland. All it took was one phone call and minimal stress to organise this. The drop off went even smoother. Your staff were wonderful and at this very stressful time your company provided amazing service, provided solutions and not problems and were very easy to deal with. Thank you again!!
