Sounds like some past reviewers were not patient or consistent enough with the use. HS is a very infection ridden skin disease and sometimes the flare ups are very involved. It could take days maybe a couple of weeks with consistent use of Emuaid to experience the real results. I cannot stress enough about the consistent use. HS IS NOT CUREABLE, and Emuaid is not a cure but it SURELY will help the pain and anything is an improvement with as painful as it can be. I will buy this product for the rest of my life.............
