Worked Out Well in the End
Had a hiccup at the start as I'd accidentally clicked the wrong product (I'd ordered Mac instead of PC), but Carl quickly responded to my email and got me sorted with a new code. Though I couldn't install it via internet I followed the clear instructions for installing by phone and it works splendidly. Will definitely use again, and have already recommended to other family members
