a waste of time..lack of communication and diversity. They care about our money. The staff are rude and doesn't understand basic 101 financial aid. But will lie to make themselves look good. Poor leadership.. The leadership lies and hold up for employees that are in the wrong. They need to be reported to the department of Education for a lack of diversity, lack of communication, and a lack of knowledge. I wouldn't recommend them to a dog. The employees are rude and will hang up on the student. They have no leadership. The leaders and directors are their for our money not mine. I have never experienced such poor leadership and everyone has a lie or an excuse until the potential student speaks out. The financial aid department has no knowledge at all..they will lie and when they get caught in a lie they make u out to be the bad person. They have no diversity..stay far away and don't contact admissions they only hire unexperiernced professionals with little to no experience.. dont waste your time and money...this is my information towards freedom of speech.
