Not a great first experience
First time using this website and service; the website was grand, although I didn't find the prices any cheaper than anywhere else despite what I've heard. On Monday afternoon I ordered two medications, both of which I needed somewhat urgently so I was happy to see they used RM 24, and I expected my items by Wednesday at the latest. They approved my order first thing on Tuesday morning, great, but then it took them 7+ hours for the pharmacy to dispense them and they did so 28 minutes after their RM 4pm cut-off, therefore missing the post that day. Most pharmacies dispense your order before the cut-off; that's the point. It strikes me that this is a service and chemist overwhelmed with demand, and therefore unable to process orders efficiently. They send you an e-mail with the tracking, and your website says 'sent' but it hasn't been sent at all, it's still sitting in the pharmacy. My order was sent on Wednesday, and due today... it hasn't arrived, according to tracking its still in Glasgow. I won't be using this service again; other online pharmacies are much more efficient.
