Re-train your road side assistance people
Overall, I'm happy with Redspot and their customer service. What I was disappointed was that I had a punctured tire, I had driven to the cottage at Yarra Valley and the next morning, I found the back driver side tire was flat. When I called the roadside assistance, they said it will take some time and if we could drive the car to get the tire fixed, it would be quicker, and the cost of the replacement would be reimbursed at the office when we return the car. However, when we returned the car, they told us a different story saying that the tire puncture is a human error hence not reimbursed-able. When I questioned why I was told by the manager a different point, they told me the roadside assistance does not know all the policies of Redspot???? But I did not choose the roadside assistance, this is the number given on your pamphlet to call, so they should know what is or not reimburse-able and they should know your policies or at least tell me to call the office then to check what is or not reimbursed. This misinformation only costs me $40 luckily, if it was something worse, we would have had a real problem. And you could lower your location charge as well. I guarantee you'll triple your business.
