Doubting intergrity of Lube Mobile Mechanicc
I am unable give a zero rating unfortunately. Mechanic was not only 1 1/2hours late,he firstly attempted to gauge extra work from me by over quoting work needed to be done. Have since been elsewhere with his overly inflated quote of work needed,not needed. Clearly thinking a woman alone would believe him. This all happened after he had complained how hard things were after covid. Didn't everyone suffer ?Didnt bring the oil and filter with him to do what I had booked Lube mobile for,then left to purchase said products,taking my car keys with him,which also had my house keys. This person was stranger to me,this was my first encounter with him. When I called him as he appeared to be taking an over lengthy time to come back to finish the job and asked him if he had my keys,the response was yes but no explanation offered, just yes I have your keys with me. The time he was gone is extremely questionable. Lube mobiles mark up on the oil and filter was highway robbery,plus I have had to go to added expensive of changing all of my locks. Dylan had no rights to remove my personal property from my premise without my permission.Do not trust Lube Mobile Mechanics October/22. Adding to my first review,I did make contact with Lube Mobile regarding my concerns mainly removal of my keys. Firstly I was informed the mechanic takes the keys for security purposes to lock the vehicle, I informed them, I was at home the car was parked in my driveway approx 1 metre from my front door, and Dylan did not lock my vehicle, after hesitating he then claimed that it was to prevent people from starting their car in case there was a fuel leak which could start a fire. Bad camouflage for dishonesty. So I'm smart enough to hold a licence and drive a car, but can't be informed that while the mechanic goes to purchase oil and a filter that I should not start my car due to an imaginary fuel leak that will start a fire. Dylan gf05,informed me was going to purchase oil and filter but again I shall repeat Dylan did not tell me he was taking my keys. When commented the the out of pocket expense to have my locks changed, I was meet with silence. Well Lube Mobile and Dylan gfvan05 if you entertain the idea of coming near my home,don't forget to smile for the cameras,so I can show the Police. Zero integrity and honesty.
