Poor order experience but good teas with samples
Summary: poor packing processes, lacking customer service, but good teas with sample options This review is for their UK arm. I recently made on order of €100+ from them in order to qualify for free shipping (€13 otherwise). I put a lot of thought and care into that order to make it worth it. Unfortunately, Adagio missed a very crucial item in that order. Once I contacted them, they offered either a refund or to include it in my next order. They said they couldn't ship it to me for free because shipping cost is "prohibitively high" (how ironic), which is understandable to an extent, but it's precisely why they should take care in packing orders to begin with. In the end, the case was settled with a refund and a "note" that a free unit will be included in my next order. Refund has been received, less than a week after the original posting of this review. I'll also update this review if I make a new order and whether their "note" was fulfilled.
