Great service.
The free samples with free delivery was instrumental in making our decision on colour, style and thickness, and they were true to the carpets we then ordered. Was given a delivery slot and then tracking for how far away and how many stops before us, and we got a phone call 10 minutes before arrival. The guy that delivered the carpets was great, knew which ones were ours, pulled them straight out of the van and helped to get them into the house. Would recommend, and would use again if I ever need new carpets.
