Customer Service is extremely bad.
Customer Service is extremely bad. Wee booked the complete package (hotel, flights, transfer) via HM Hotels. Right after booking, flights were changed (ok this is bad, but it can happen). I received this information only from the airlines, not from HM itself. When I told them about it, asking if they can adapt this change in the booking details and if they will inform the transfer agencies, they told me they will request a fee if they do so. Excuse me? For what?? This should be included in the service? Never again I will book anything with them. Custer retention not existing! Really disappointing experience.
