TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS REVIEW. SAME EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT MUCH HELP! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 4 days ago Can't believe how poor this app was Can't believe how poor this app was. My son was keen to get a cancellation quickly so we signed up with Testi and Cancellations4all. The reason we signed with Cancellations4all is because if you pay the £18, they say they book any suitable cancellations for you, to save constantly checking your phone. In short, they don't. The Testi app came up with 3 suitable cancellation dates, none of which were picked up or booked by Cancellations4all. Useless. We ended up grabbing one of the Testi notifications, but in the time we were looking Cancellations4all didn't offer us anything - let alone book it for us. Don't bother with Cancellations4all - just use Testi is my advice. Date of experience: December 13, 2023
