Sharing - FORGET IT
I started using this as it had the most important feature for me which was the ability for sharing. I found the online help features very helpful and the sharing one was easy to follow, but strange that you had to "Share" it twice. The person I was sharing with reported the system was not working, so I tried it myself and agreed. I could not work out how to share a folder and so put in a service request asking how to do so. The answer was you cannot"#!!!! You can only share a single file not a folder. No mention of this anywhere and in fact there is no help for downloading a shared file either. So, no use to me at all and I cancelled my subscription. The response from the help team has been very good. But they might as well say they do not do sharing. Didn't have it long enough to assess its other features properly. The good news is that my money was refunded promptly.
