I have been a Mobile Vikings client for some years now. Never had problems with my prepaid card. However, recently, I have tried to switch my Internet subscription from Proximus to Mobile Vikings, encountering many issues - poor technical support and follow up, as there seemed to be a problem with my address. I have tried for months to follow up and resolve the issue with the support, but no solution was provided - just the promise that Vikings will take care of it internally. So I gave up on it, which was really dissappointing.
