Issues were on first pickup of the vehicle, vehicle was not ready and told me to wait 10 minutes, I replied tired and a bit sarcastic that they mean an hour? They said no, 10 minutes... 45 minutes later they told me the car is being brought down, at the 55 minute mark the car was there. Car had suspension issues at highway speed that we observed the next day and I had to drive all the way back to the airport to exchange it the day after that. I just thought someone would have brought the replacement to me in Melbourne, since they had a car to drive back. Anyhow, once we got the second car, everything went smooth after that. Just a really rough start and compliance-based customer service rather than trying to serve. For a National Executive Elite member, I thought there might be a little more effort to make things right with less effort from the customer.
