Went into store to get informationon a Summit tractor and waited 17 minites before someone who was supposed to know about the tractors came up. Asked for the price and other info and availability and they could npt answer my questions at all. Left my phone & email and they never emailed or called me about anything. Cant buy when employees dont care and store doesnt care either...no wonder the Summit brand is not seen around central new york
