Avoid if you want prompt delivery and/or good customer service
Edit 07/01/2025 Within hours of posting my review, I was contacted by a man from TJ O'Mahony's and by the end of our conversation, I'm convinced the same man would have travelled to Cork and painted my door himself. He was incredibly honest and explained that the item was, quite literally, not picked up for delivery sooner because the tin hadn't been seen (it was tiny). He was very apologetic, very decent and not only did I receive my paint that same day, I was also refunded the entire cost. I didn't expect this, and he told me it was the least they could do. I genuinely couldn't have been treated any better and the paint itself was definitely worth the wait. The front door has never looked better. I would have no hesitation shopping here again :) Bought a tin of paint (2.5ltr) online on the 29th November. Website says 1-2 working days for small items. It's now the 9th of December, I've rang several times, for at minimum, an update. Phone has NEVER been answered. I've emailed three times, have NEVER received a reply. I paid over 10 euro for delivery and it's now day 10. Absolutely appalling service. I no longer want the item in question now, but apparently there's a restocking charge?? How companies like this can trade in business is beyond me. I ordered a custom made frame from a company in Ohio and I've had it delivered since, with an actual tracking number that worked.
