I am happy with the end result…
I am very happy with the end result with my plan. The only disappointment I felt was that the plan initially offered to me for the next year was supposed to be the best plan for me from Origin. I researched and compared the market with the plan offered to me. I found that Alinta Energy was a much more attractive plan offered to me. The point being, is that I have been a faithfull Origin customer for many years and was disappointed that the plan offered, wasn't the best for me. I negotiated with Origin a further two times before achieving a more favourable and cost effective plan. It took me several hours contacting, conversing and calculating the cost of the plan for me. However, I am happy with the current negotiated and only wish that Origin value and reward their long standing customers. Kind Regards Sheldon
