Not user friendly at all! Run!

Not user friendly at all. I bought 2 esims, one for my husband and one for me. After much struggle, I managed to set up my husband’s eSIM on his iPhone 15 plus. Mine, an iPhone 13, did not work even after a hour + on texting back and forth on their help chat line . First, according to the helpline, QR codes do not come through on Yahoo emails (note: sent my gmail to helpline, but did not even receive an email back??, so maybe not good for gmail either). So, we were stuck with the manual codes. Not easy to do - could only paste one part of code, then had to manually enter long code. But as instructions are poorly written (open to interpretation), for my husband’s phone, it took multiple attempts to succeed. So when it came time for me to set up my eSIM, it should have been straight forward. Nope! After many frustrating attempts, I reached out for help. Contact information was not even provided in confirmation email. I needed to hunt it down on the website. Then, waited about 20 minutes to be connected to a human by e-chat. Frustrating not to receive help by voice. Especially when Carla sent me off to try different ways/adjustments of setting up. After multiple failed attempts, on one attempt, I returned to chat and found that she had ended the chat because she thought I had succeeded. Most frustrating when I still needed help. I reached back for help (waited another 20 minutes) and then when we reconnected she asked me to remove my physical sim. I did not do this for my husband’s phone or any of the other esims I’ve previously installed. I did not want to go down another long useless path. Throughout the process, she refused to provide me with new codes even though the pop up window kept telling me my codes were invalid. But at the end, nearly an hour after trying to get help, she agreed on a refund. My advice: use another eSIM. I did - lots of easier ones out there!
