Price reasonable and shipped promptly. Didn't give 5 stars because I asked if fasteners were included before I ordered. I was told they were included. Ordered arrived without fasteners.
Price reasonable and shipped promptly. The only issue was that I asked ahead of ordering if fasteners were included and was told they were. When order arrived the fasteners weren't included. To their credit HFC contacted me to explain their mistake and to offer to reimburse for fasteners. I am satisfied it was an honest mistake. Beyond that, I was impressed that they took the time to give me a detailed explanation for the oversight. Would definitely use them again.
