Outstanding service!!!! I contacted the customer service team to express my thorough pleasure with using their green teas and made one small suggestion regarding the packaging due to having some teabags tear during the openingproceas. I was given not only really useful information that I hadn't previously known about the product but also sent out a substantial amount of tea for free. This was such a kind gesture. Very very happy customer.
