NCP STUPID barrierless system in Manchester
Manchester NCP: had to pay twice - is the NCP barrierless system the most STUPID there is! I prebooked at the Manchester Central for yesterday for £34.95; as the tight car park is barrierless the pre-booking system is nonsense - it was full, because it is barrierless! I was nearly late for my appointment - parked in the one opposite - Manchester Great Northern 1. Have had to pay another £24.95 today avoiding any possible fine?! The staircase access there is another issue, I was one of 10 people at the same time who could not find the access? Can I have a refund for the Central one please?
