Horrible customer experience
Ordered my Jak 3 statue in February 2021. The price was already $100 more than the Jak 2 one, which had much better color matching. I still wanted it, since I'm a big fan of the series and I wanted all 3 in my collection. I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. The shipping date has been postponed more than 4 times now, without an explanation. I contacted customer service with my concern and they told me to just check the Preorder Shipping Dates button on the website. Horrible customer support. Beware their pricing as well. When I ordered the Jak 3 statue, it was $369 and that's the price I need to pay. It then shot up to a whopping $440. The quality is seriously NOT worth it. I was considering buying one of the Doom collectible figures from them but after this fiasco I'm never buying anything from them ever again and I suggest you do the same.
