Disappointing Service
Service person was about to leave claiming drainingboard had dropped making washing machine impossible to pull out! This was after I had waited a week for repair! I moved everything off the worktop alongside the draining board. He pulled out dishwasher then Washing Machine which needed a new motor, it's almost 20 years old but insured with Domestic & General. Old motor was left in the kitchen as too expensive for them to dispose of! Washing Machine & Dishwasher were left in the middle of the kitchen! I had to call someone out to put them back for me Saturday Morning. The repair company were not at all bothered as if it was normal practice. The old motor was apparently my property & I had to dispose of it. I am not impressed!'
