I placed an order with Dan Murphys 2 weeks ago and it is still "in transit" no answer on the 1300 number and the live chat advises to call the number on the bottom of the page which there is none. I went to my local store and they said they can't help as it is an online order. What can I do. This is an order over $300 full of Christmas presents and for Christmas and which is now done and dusted. Absolutely appalling for what is meant to be a large reputable business :(
